Momentum has something for everyone. The staff is very helpful. The facilities are well maintained.

Staff is very nice, enthusiastic, and welcoming. Body combat class was fun and effective. I consider myself a pretty fit person and I'm still sore from taking it 2 days ago. Moon yoga was the perfect stretch after the workout. Overall a great experience!

Everyone at this facility is very personable from the staff to its members. Everyone is willing to help you if you are new to a class. A great place to become a member!!!

I really enjoy the option to sign up for classes in lieu of the full membership. It was exactly what I was looking for- I would recommend this option for permanent consideration.
