My nieces (ages 7 and 12) loved the State Museum. Every exhibit was something new to explore. "Mom, look at this"...."Guys, check this out" was all we heard all day long. Very surprising, as I thought the kids would be bored given all the online 2D content they face every day. What a great asset we have right here in Harrisburg. I hope more people explore it with their families.

Keep gift shop open until Museum closing time. Also offer Planitarium show in the later afternoon -- all show were already done for the day when we arrived at 2:30.
