There's a lot of history inside Simi Winery's stone cellar. Its prime conditions have housed vintages since 1890, though the winery's own story goes back much further. Tour the grounds, and visitors soon learn that Simi Winery made its first wine in 1876. Today, its 600 acres grow the hand-selected, heirloom grapes that ultimately become the winemakers' signature cabernet sauvignons, chardonnays, and other wines.

We really enjoyed the entire experience at Simi...our tour guide, Steve, was absolutely awesome. He was knowledgeable and told us great stories. The tasting was lovely out on the deck...this was our favorite experience in the Sonoma area!

It was a wonderful tour! Our tour guide was cheerful and had great knowledge of the grounds and of the wine made there. The group was small enough for us to take a look around, take pictures, and at the end, enjoyed some delicious wine. ☺️

Great tour. Nice to hear the history of the winery also a lot of information on the process of making wine. The tasting was also great. Included some reserve wines. Thanks

We were given a tour of the winery with a lot of details on the history of the building and the wines. We also were given a nice tasting of their wines and we wound up joining their wine club. Very nice people, and great wines.
