Family oriented and one of only two sites in the USA to teach this very practical approach to self defense, along with a studied attention to the mastery of self control and respect for the skills taught.

Something unique to this place is not only is the instructor knowledgable and willing to help, but my more experienced classmates have been so helpful to the "new guy." The facility is owned and operated by a husband and wife who are some of the nicest people I've ever met and really want to help me as a student succeed.

One of the few dojo's or self defense gyms I've been to that I feel welcome and feel like the Sensei is teaching practical, real world self defense techniques and learning along with other eager, friendly, positive and helpful peers.
