They did what I had expected for the money paid.

The three house cleaners were amazing!!! However, the office staff is the reason I would not recommend MaidPro. When you initially schedule a cleaning, they do not give you a time they will be there, just a window of 4 hours. I was told I would receive a call the day before the cleaning with a more accurate time of arrival, however I never received a call. I attempted to call multiple times throughout the day, but no one ever answered. I called the morning of my cleaning and again no one answered, so I left a message. I received a call back from a rude woman who stated she had called me the day before and had left me a message, but someone would be there by 9am (this call was at 8:50am).
