The lady who cleaned my apt did a nice job, but I didn't like having to leave voicemails - I thought the tone was unprofessional and I didn't appreciate getting a call back at 11 pm. The lady was 45 min late. Needed to discuss expectations beforehand

In two hours, the house keeper only cleaned 2 bathrooms. They were both pretty clean already, as we just moved into this house recently and it was perfect when we moved in. I have no idea what she did for 2 hours, except for to move as slowly as possible.

Punctuality and professionalism go really well together; without one, you can't have the other. This has been a very inconvenient experience for what was supposed to have been a great relief.
