the place was in a small warehouse at the end of a very dark side alley (it wasn't even really a street). The class was not what we signed up for. They used GoogleVoice as their phone system and it required you to state your name before it connected the call. The guy didn't even know we were coming and he said he would turn on the green flashing lights for us. The lights were a green rope light that made the warehouse stand out in the row, and we could see that there were just two men inside lifting weights. My friend and I were not comfortable even getting out of our car let alone walking into the class by ourselves with two men. Not cool.

The rules, policies, procedures and hoops you have to jump through make this very inconvenient to use to it's potential. Classes fill up too fast or become unavailable making this feel like bait-and-switch. It's a great idea, but execution really needs work.

There are not enough gyms in suburban locations. The gyms they do have do not offer enough variety in the classes and the gyms do not offer enough classes either...many offered only a couple of times a week. I was disappointed with this company.

To few classes, less than 24 hour notice that I was added to a class and could not attend and I was charged, the account set-up was ridiculously confusing and the chat help was not useful.

I think that it's not the classes that are the problem, just that they are inconveniently located and not often enough. So the classes that they do have are just not at good times for someone who has to do any kind of commute at all. For instance, I live in Lincoln Park and wanted to attend a morning class in River North, but they don't have locker rooms and I work in Streeterville at 9 am ... so I just would never take a bus to a class at 6 a.m. and then take a bus back to my apartment to shower and then go back downtown to work by 9.
