It was the next to last day of the season. The service upstairs was horrible. Food was mediocre at best. I've been to the Turf club before and this was not the experience I was expecting. However, betting on the ponies was a lot of fun.

Jockey Club was a horrible experience. Night racing was excellent. Restaurant staff needs to be replaced, new help hired, thoroughly trained and this place might then have some hope.

There needs to be better cooperation at the front office at Colonial Downs. My daughter paid $50 for a ticket at the Derby she never used, had a ticket from another source and being there requesting a refund, was refused! Very poor, unfriendly conduct from the clerks to the top management! John Kines
