About Natal to Nest

Yoga in the Nest makes yoga and barre classes a relaxing escape. The unheated, hype-free setting keeps its focus on the practice, and knowledgeable, caring instructors help heighten the studio's community feel. To take some of the stress out of fitness, students who take daytime classes can take advantage of on-site child care. Class size is limited and reservations are required.
