The technician David was on time, courteous and efficient. He explained the condition of our ductwork and showed me a sample. The end result was a job well done. I will use Royal again. Very satisfied!

David was experienced, knowledgeable and willing to show me what he was doing. He didn't mind that I watched how he cleaned the furnace and he did a great job. And, he explained how it worked. I will definitely be calling when I need my air conditioner cleaned as well. Thanks.

DO NOT USE. The man came to my house and used a blower to clear the vents WITHOUT taking the covers off. This resulted in dust EVERYWHERE and less than clean vents. He did not vacuum any of his mess up. I spent at least an hour cleaning after he left. That picture was AFTER he “cleaned” it. Also, booking the appointment took over a half an hour. Not competent with technology. Awful experience.

Do Nothing, Just blow vents using House hold blower. Just try to sale $600 Package.

Call in for appointment very friendly. However, guys came... my A/C and Furnace 2 years old. They were here 20 mins.I don't believe they did anything but run the hose on it. Asked to see the furnace. Touched the pipe and said it was in good shape. He was more interested in selling me duct cleaning. Needless to say I felt scammed.
