I do not care for the company itself due to the poor communication, but the technician we use is amazing and is what keeps us doing business with them. Pan is on time, knowledgeable, informative and extremely professional.

Mike was very thorough in inspecting my air conditioner , cleaning and assuring the unit was running well. He was in contact with his supervisor concerning a problem and did all he could to obtain needed information for future reference. He was polite and hard working.

Friendly, on time, good guy, exactly as advertised. Ultimately it was just an inspection, nothing was tuned or improved, but our AC is on its last legs so the recommendation was to get a new one, which we agree with.
