I will never visit this place again, the worst hair color experience I have ever had!!! My hair looks like something I could have done at home myself for under $20.00 dollars!!!

I went to the salon for a color touch-up. The male manager (who seemed experienced) processed my hair with a product that didn't cover my gray. It also stripped my hair of previous high/low highlights. He wanted to leave the salon and told me so. He wanted me to come back which I refused. I wasn't leaving. He used another color. My hair was now the light mousy brown instead of the blonde I came in with. When I called him a week later to correct the error, he denied having made the mistake. Also during my visit, he fired one stylist got into a confrontation with another. The verbal altercations were unbelievable. He was firing one stylist. She had been at the salon 20 yrs. I would not return to this location.
