The owner is knowledgeable and enthusiastic and the bikes are a challenge to the core, unlike regular Spin bikes. I like them both (have been spinning for years); I think it will take me a little while to get used to them, but I like the way it challenges the whole body.

Great experience. The young lady at the front desk is personable, professional and full of joy. The equipment is state-of-the-art and does what it is supposed to do in toning, tightening and burning calories. The instructor knows her stuff. I will definitely be going back.
