I really enjoyed my kayaking on the Crystal. The kayakes were easy to manipulate. We had two newbies with us and they were able to negotiate the river with ease. The only comment I would make is that the dock should be a little more "user friendly". Individuals who have difficulty getting up and down will find the entering and exiting challenging. Otherwise, it was an extremely pleasant day.

The staff at the Crystal River Kayak Company is MOST pleasant and helpful! Also, our group had a wonderful paddle on the Crystal River.

Friendly and courteous. Great service. Great kayaks. Even got a kayak lesson thrown in. Great location and beautiful area.

I would go back only if I take my cell phone with me in the Kayak so that I can call the desk to have someone come down to the dock to help me get out. It was very difficult for me to climb onto the dock. I fell backwards into the water which was mostly MUCK. My sister finally grabbed me and had to litterally pull me out with all her strength. Needless to say, I was a mess. With this said, the Kayak trip that we took was awesome...my first time kayaking at Three Sisters Springs and out into Kings Bay. It was a wonderful ride and the Kayak was very nice. The people there are very helpful. If they could implement a system for embarking
it would be A+.
