Excellent massage!!

I highly recommend Mayo. She is phenomenal and skilled both at massage and healing work. She is incredibly gifted and kind. Rodney was also very helpful and friendly in arranging my appointment with Mayo. Many mahalos!!

Take the #8 bus from Waikiki going towards Ala Moana shopping center and get off at the Illikai hotel. Walk up the steps to the hotel and turn left and his room is right there.

Massage was nice, but I was hit $66 in additional fees. Also left very oily with no towel provided to wipe the oil off. He also put his very oily hands in my hair several times and I had to walk back to my hotel with very oily hair.

We highly recommend that you give customers what they purchase. Don't demand or expect the 18% service fee if it wasn't deserved! Avoid trying to perform treatments simultaneously on 2 guests, especially if they are in different rooms. That results in 1 guest being left alone and unserviced. Also be aware of the PHI (personal health information) you collect -- they must be stored and protected properly to comply with HIPAA regulations. Furthermore, please read those in-take forms and modify your treatments when necessary (not done for the 2 of us). Otherwise, what was the point of collecting the information in the first place? You assume more liability.
