The staff was great! Very friendly, happy people.

Not real ice, but I had loads of fun...I felt safer on that material than ice anyhow lol.and the kids bounced in the bounce house\obstacle thing, my son was doing flips thru one of the obstacles...and he is eight. All three of my kids 2,6,&8 had a blast jumping to their hearts content.

Cool for the holidays. After go see the lights at the hale.

Although it was stated that the ice was synthetic, I didn't realize what synthetic ice would be like and it was not great compared to real ice. Had an okay time but wouldn't go again.

This activity was not well run and the "artificial" ice was not kept clean and wet so it wasn't very slippery.

Skaing on plastic is not the same as ice skating. It was a waste of my money and the decorations were cheesy.

We were looking forward to "Ice Skating" not plastic skating.

Definitely not what I expected. Probably better for private parties. Ice palace would've been a better choice.
