Great workout with great people! It was my first kickboxing class. The instructor Mel was so helpful and motivating. I’m looking forward to the next class. You will sweat!!

Amazing! Mel was super nice being that it was my first time she showed me some moves and helped me throughout the class. Great experience, great workout.

I just had my first class today with Sabrina I absolutely LOVED it! Amazing workout and truly compassionate people who care about their customers on another level I will be taking my second class in 2 days and I can't wait! Highly reccomended!
