About Race Farm

For four generations and more than 70 years, the lush soil at Race Farm has given rise to harvest after harvest of exceptional produce.Upon arrival, guests often hear the chuff of a classic John Deere tractor, the snap of apples being plucked from branches, and the barks of the farm's resident dogs, Casey and Jed. Also familiar are the smells of freshly fried donuts and heirloom tomatoes ripening on the vine. Okra and collards await inclusion in Southern-style dishes and sunflowers smile at the sky, thanking the sun for providing them with the ability to throw fireballs. More treats abound, including pies baked from scratch, chewy cookies, and raw honey.
