Make sure if you do the 20 pds / 42weeks that you are VERY clear on EXACTLY what is expected of you. There are a lot of things that can trip you up and make you lose your refund.

Definitely inspirational and for all levels. I have been weight training and I can do long runs but this is so much fun, the people are GREAT and it can challenge even the most fit but also can be a good starting point.
