Overall I have been impressed so far with the trainers, classes, environment, etc...If the elocation wasn't so far from me, I'd consider joining. I can see why peopl eget easily hooked on Crossfit. I have seen Crossfit gyms advertised as being unsafe, however, I felt that Crossfit Fort Washington does what they can to provide expect instruction and teaching proper form.
