Wonderful! So happy I found this place...great workout (cardio barre is my favorite class). All of the Instructors are great, very comfortable & welcoming staff. I’ve seen a small change in my figure after only 6 classes! I will definitely be purchasing more classes.

I am a visitor from another state. Lisa was a warm and welcoming as a receptionist and thorough with my orientation. Grace was an excellent instructor making my Barre experience fun and effective with an energetic routine and music 🎶 while appropriately cueing and encouraging to the completion of class. Thank you ❣️

For me personally, it's been the best barre workouts I've done that have given me the best results. I've been to a good number of pilates and barre studios around, but the instructors here are great at mixing up the exercises and getting creative with the workouts. Their actual membership prices are pretty reasonable compared to plenty of other places around the area.

Highly recommend Fembody fitness. coming back from a long hiatus from alternative exercise, the women are very helpful and are great atmosphere
