What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

In our studio we stress a Zen type gentle yoga practice which can be accessible to all ages, experience and abilities. We strive to make all feel welcomed and comfortable. Many beginners and baby boomers practice at Harmony. It is healing yoga, not hot nor power yoga.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

I read a yoga book in my early twenties which was the early 70's and was facinated with the multiple benefits this practice induces for our bodies. I have healed my body from injuries, created balance, and found inner peace through my over 40 years of yoga practice. I want to share my wisdom with others of self care by a consistent yoga practice.

What do you love most about your job?

Uplifting others.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

It's very hard to pin down one customer but every time someone comes to me and expresses how much this studio has inspired and changed their life I know I have chosen the right path. One person with MS and another going through Chemo shared their healing results through practicing at Harmony HB.
