Treat first time visitors like kings and queens. I felt my massage was rushed and I was not treated like a return customer, but rather a one time deal.

My facial was ok, but as soon as it started the woman wanted to "upgrade" my facial which meant having to pay money. Then they kept pushing me to buy products as well as become a member, all of which would have resulted in me spending a lot more money.
