THIS IS A GREAT CLASS! WITH GREAT STAFF & OWNERS!! I AM NOT, UM.....COORDINATED...SO I DISLIKE ZUMBA, AEROBICS, ETC...NOT MY SPEED. BARRE CLASS AT VARIATIONS TODAY WAS NICELY PACED, REALISTIC AND MOST IMPORTANTLY EFFECTIVE....FOR THIS 40ISH MOM OF 3. I WILL BE BACK...THANKS!!!
