The trainers I've worked with so far (Joe and Rachel)are awesome, and the environment of the class helps to push you to go harder than you would on your own. I like a good challenge, and these classes offer one.

I feel I finally found something in fitness I can stick with and enjoy both the class and benefits of the workouts. Just wish the membership wasn't as expensive.
