Man that was to groom pets did not show. We were there at 7:30. The receptionist did it.

We feel this was a bait & switch clinic.They called & told us our dog had a tick & did we want it removed. We said no but they did it anyways & charged us $36. We told them we would pay only half since we did not authorize this & they threatened to call the police. Told us our dog bit the groomer but the groomer could not prove this, and they threatened to quarantine the dog. Plus she didn't even feel clean like she had a bath. We would never go there again & we recently heard the vet moved to Banfield. If this is true we will recommend to everyone not to go to her.

Paid for a dog bath. Dog was returned dirty. Employees were rude when i mentioned that my dog wasnt clean still and i endedup leaving without a resolution. Still waiting for them to "call me back." Terrible customer sevice.
