I had a great time at Plush Hair Lounge! The location is great, and beautifully decorated. Que was so nice, and most importantly did my hair exactly as I wanted. She knew exactly what to do as soon as I gave her an idea of what I wanted. My highlights came out beautiful, and I finally got the haircut I have been trying for for years! The total experience was great, and I am already looking forward to my next appointment with her!

Appreciated the time taken to find out what I wanted. I liked the haircut, but still cannot duplicate the style at home. Sigh. Bangs are kind of short (I keep tugging on them) and since I part my hair on the side, may have been better to angle them to the side rather than cutting them straight down in front. But it was a good experience!

Que is friendly,helpful, and very gentle on the hair. My tresses were silky soft after a full highlighting! Awesome! Thanks,
