I do not like that they give a $20 credit for positive reviews on sites like Facebook. That seems coercive and makes me not trust positive feedback about them.

Acupuncture was new to me but I thought I would give it a try. Turns out it is very relaxing! No joke.

I don't feel that the doctor had enough training in acupuncture. Often times, it hurt and I have never experienced that before during treatments from other providers.

While gathering my personal belongings off of the floor of the room I was in, I noticed a tarnished acupuncture needle on the floor. I had no shoes on in the room and the needle was inches away from my feet. The doctor also did not explain any of the procedures he was doing and left the exam room door open frequently as he moved in and out of the room, which he often did without telling me how long he would be gone. Also, he left an acupuncture needle in my arm after he had told me to roll over. Luckily, I noticed it before I moved on to my stomach. Extremely disappointed, not only in the sanitation of the building, but in the quality of care received.

Make sure to take out all the acupuncture needles before a patient leaves your office.

I will not be returing to your office and am considering going to a medical board about your office. When I got up and put my socks back on there was a needle who knows if it was from my procedure laying directly next to my foot. I could have stepped on that and it could have went into my foot!! What kind of practice are you running?
