The lobby area could use a face lift. The leaky ceiling and run down bathrooms could be a deterrent to new customers.

The lines to get skates were extremely long. I took 40 minutes to get our skates.

Family had a great time skating as we had never been before. Only complaint was that the staff working the skate rentals were nasty to my little girl returning her skates. She did not tuck in the laces and one of the workers made a smart comment to her regarding it. I understand it must get frustrating tucking in all those laces, but you work with the public and people that have never skated before. We don't always know your rules. Smarting off to a 10 year old is never good for business!!!

The manager was super! He treated us like his favorite customers even though we had never set foot in the place before.
