Literally will be drenched in sweat! I haven't met every trainer but the ones i have do a great job and are full of energy. i really like this place.

I've been enjoying my boxing classes at Title Boxing. Their staff are very helpful and professional. The workout is killer, but I'll keep going back!

The facility was clean. nice and I felt ready to workout. I loved the trainers and their flow. I would go back if I could afford it. I made me feel so energized and empowered after each session.
