It was a tough workout. What I love most is that Hugh focuses more on form and less on speed. By the end of the workout, my legs felt like jello.

This place is great! Huw is an amazing trainer and pushes you just enough. I have been to 2 classes so far and intend to keep going!

I love it! I like the music Stu plays too. Definitely a cheaper than getting a trainer. Definitely worth it!

I love this gym. It’s a great workout and you’re not getting yelled at like you’re in the military. Stu is knowledgeable and is always there to fix your form and make sure you’re getting the best out of your workouts.

I went to the Irvine location. Huw and Vanessa are great trainers. These classes are intense,I loved the classes and will be going back.

Very knowledgeable about fitness. I'm not that new to fitness but haven't worked out in years,the instructor kept checking on me and made sure that my form was correct throughout the class.
