I wouldn't force people to sign up until they're sure they like it. I'm one of those that likes to try new things and I when I find something I like I stick with it but I do not like being pressured to sign up. Being pressured is a sure way for me not to sign up. Not everyone feels this way but I like to feel comfortable in my environment and welcomed.

I would not recommend this class to anyone over 30 because the instructor seemed to not be interested in helping any one or care for any one in the group I was in that was over 30. He seemed only interested in helping the younger women.

I bought this a long time ago and never used it because when I went to redeem it, the trainer had moved to a new location and he invited me to the new location and when i showed up the new place was under construction.
