Texting works best to set up your first appointment. She is owner and instructor so she is alway busy. Great instructor and will modify your exercise if needed.

Communications were a challenge. It seems the studio is only staffed when there are classes, so any coordination beyond attending requires a phone call/text/etc. The vm was full, so phone wasn't an option. Once you get set up it's a good program but it'd be easier to use a studio that has regular hours and/or a receptionist.
