It was so much fun as well as an intense workout. I love the mix of dance moves and fitness. The instructor has such good energy levels, it never got boring.

The Bollywood music was super fun. The moves choreographed were quite tough at times and gave a great workout. Definitely a wonderful cultural experience and awesome exercise.

WOW! What a great workout! The teacher is great and really encourages you throughout the class. Long time participants also help you with the moves. I've been doing Zumba for years, but ZumBolly took it to the next level. I'm still sore, lol! Looking forward to the next class!
