This studio is fantastic! Everyone is very welcoming and the classes are high energy and fun, while getting a great workout. A highlight for me is Kelsey’s yoga class. I also did a fun dance class where we did thriller close to Halloween. The atmosphere makes you feel like part of a family. Highly recommend.

Would definitely recommend! I love the different types of classes and the instructors are very knowledgeable and keep you motivated to keep going! Kelsey who was at the front desk was super friendly and very helpful with all my questions. This a screaming deal for an amazing studio!

I Love this studio!!! I’ve been coming here for years. Cristina’s Brazilian Booty class is INTENSE! But really easy to follow. She’s so upbeat & positive, it makes me want to keep up & do those last few reps. Everyone is so friendly and supportive they are my gym family.
