Great for kids 10 and under

Terrible, dirty, unorganized. Things to improve, close it down and walk away

It was not impressive and not worth the money

Was very cheesy and the Santa was awful. Very mean and sarcastic. He had been getting many complaints. However when we commented to " our elf" about it she shared it with mgmt who wanted to refund our entire purchase and after I said no that's okay etc we agreed on her refunding half of it. Their intentions were good but had I paid full price as some of my friends did I would have felt very jipped.

I think our designated leader was great and engaged the children at every stop. The map floor plan on line made me imagine something entirely different in my mind. The location was unusual as I expected more festive decor on the perimeter of this industrial warehouse. The decor on the inside was sparse. Whom ever painted the murals should have asked the proper spelling of the names of the reindeer. I think an actual enclosed area for snow or a snow machine would enhance the whole concept. The amount for the event was overpriced. I think Santa's Wonderland needs updating. I think the concept is a great idea if it was executed better or if it actually looked like Santa's Wonderland.

It wasn't much of a wonderland. We were so disappointed. Knowing what we know now, we would not have gone even if the tickets were free.
