It was the best massage I've ever gotten! Usually when people say it's "deep tissue" they don't really mean it, but the therapist there was legitimate!

Sometimes the classes get overbooked & it's awkward to have to "fight" for a pole with latecomers or give it up to a member if you arrive early & think you've secured a pole.
