About CrossFit 608

CrossFit 608's certified CrossFit trainers lead daily workouts that take the repetition out of exercise, challenging participants of all fitness levels with exercises scaled to each individual's capabilities. On any given day, visitors may lift weights, run, row, or do squats. Exercisers can also enjoy 3,000 square feet of rubber flooring, which provides ample workout space, and coming soon, a kids' area that entertains children with video games, books, and TV.
