Great people! Felt very welcomed and like a part of their family immediately. I've never done Crossfit before and Steve was fantastic in explaining everything and coaching us beginners through the workout. Can't wait to go back again!

The atmosphere at Crossfit Somers is outstanding. The trainers care for you and your goals and push you to strive for your best. I've been in the best shape of my life thanks to this gym and these trainers and look forward to my workouts!
