Irina Walton has benefitted from yoga throughout her life. As a 5-year-old, she suffered from asthma, which was only alleviated by the lengthening stretches and deep, mindful breathing of yoga. As a young adult, her practice helped Irina connect her mind and body. In an effort to share these benefits, she founded Truth in Motion Yoga.
