It was a great experience. However, I felt like instead of really celebrating and showcasing bacon; the restaurants just added bacon to their dishes. The best by far was the bacon cheesecake pops! Looking forward to this year!

I don't feel that they had enough bacon samples of bacon. The bacon fest that I attended in Seattle we had 2 taste of 15 different bacon's and it was $35.00 I bought the premium package which was OK because I love bacon.

Suggestion: when entering the private indoor area the first tables greeting patrons contained sweets, desserts, and beer. Other entree/food items were on other side of room so many ate sweets before other items which could have been avoided with a little planning and thought. Reverse locations and food placement and also review how to enhance flow of guests.
