Awesome people, perfect timing...now if only you had comfortable seats in the vans. Consider this a management challenge to ride to the airport on the seat behind the driver!

I came back from the airport to find my car tires frozen in ice. Apparently they had a pipe burst or something and 4 cars including mine were stuck in ice. Quality Suites didn't notice and had no repair person on scene to help, though the two young female clerks tried to help with buckets of warm water. I realize this was probably a freak incident but would've been nice if the hotel offered me something for my troubles in getting the car unstuck.
