I'm on week one of Ideal Protein Diet, they only have weekly foods and supplements, NO recipes to share nor cookbooks. So you need to be sure you research ahead of time.
No contact from them to check on process or questions, but if you contact will get back with you.

They were fast and efficient. Very friendly and knowledgeable about all of their services. Wide array of products and services. Easy to find and get to- parking was convenient.

Great service! This is a complete medical spa providing all services including plastic surgery. It's tempting to spend much more! They're very professional about offering other services but be prepared to decline if you were not interested..
