I was disappointed that they did not inform me ahead of time that I would have a male massues and not give me a choice as to what would make me more comfortable, male or female.

Very welcoming! A delightful experience, the masseuse was professional but very nice, it was my first time and I was a little uncomfortable at first but she really put me at ease, appointments are made online only but it is very easy.

I had an appointment for a massage on a certain date at a certain time and the time was changed without notifying me causing me to arrive at the facility at my previous scheduled time only to be told that the time and therapist had changed due to the original therapist no longer being employed there. That is poor management.
