The technician that came out was punctual and professional. My husband and I had tons of questions which he knew the answer to them all. It was a breath of fresh air to have service done at the home with the tech being friendly and helpful. We're definitely going to use First Step Pest in the future. They have great rates and I've now experienced the great customer service, first hand.
