The person (owner?) with the knowledge of the business isn't there on Saturdays which is the only day I can get there in terms of asking questions about home water filter systems and they didn't have any water spouts available to purchase when I went to redeem my coupon for the water and I'm still waiting for them to come in; they weren't able to offer a phone call when the item comes in and I checked back once already.
