Bob was entertaining and very informative. I would only recommend some comfortable seating. It's hard to relax when your so uncomfortable.

I just went to the class, so I can't exactly attest to its effectiveness. I must say: the purpose of the class is, well, yes, to teach you about the concepts of hypnosis and affirmations, but it's also to sell their CDs. Know that going in. I think their system makes sense, though, and I'd recommend it to others.

Very good class with helpful support. A good experience and definitely worth the money and time. I may enroll in a longer class based on the 3 hour introductory meeting.

Theater seating was a bit uncomfortable to relax. Fewer numbers would had created a more personal feeling. To much explanation about teacher.

The main thing I would suggest is: make sure the chairs are comfortable and that there is enough space for people to rest comfortably during the sessions.

Truly works for me. Listened to the CD for insomnia last night and went to sleep without sleeping pills. I've used pills to sleep for over ten years, so I'm really impressed!
