I was pretty unhappy with this purchase. When I called to schedule my appointment, I was told I needed to upgrade from the $70 package to the $150 package. Otherwise, I would be risking the possibility of paying a $40/fee for any additional time they had to spend to finish my "3 man-hour" package I had originally purchased. They said they couldn't commit to such a short time window, due to their 52 point checklist they used. There was no guarantee they could complete a given area in the 3 hour window. I was pretty surprised that my only other option was to pay double what I had originally intended to buy. There were also a few minor things damaged/out of place in my house after they left.

They gave us an 8 am-12 window for coming to our house. They didn't arrive until 1:30. All the cleaning was surface cleaning. Anything additional (e.g. Wiping down the medicine cabinet) cost extra.
