The "service" provided was a complete scam. I was uncomfortable with the people that came to my house and then felt pressured to have them do more work than I had paid for with the group-on. Not only was nothing cleaned but the people that came didn't even know how the furnace worked or what the various parts were - let alone were they able to clean them as they said they had. Two days later I had another company come out to inspect the work, or I should say lack there of, and they documented exactly what needed to be done to include pictures of the uncleaned furnace and of the items found still sitting in my ducts. Complete disgust with TLC.

Ad misleading..it said air duct cleaning. I paid 270.00 extra to have them cleaned.

did not clean any air ducts. did not leave furnace inspection report. left a pile of dryer vent material outside on patio. the only thing they did was inspect the air ducts and requested $800 fee to clean them.

First off TLC Cancelled on me twice in which i took time off from work and was wating at my house for their services. Secondly when they showed up it felt like a scam from the ad they provide it sounds like they will clean your air ducts and it ends up them telling me that it's gonna cost $600 dollars and can you pay today. Then they didn't even clean my dryer vents like they said they would. I will be telling everyone I know that they are a total scam!!!!!!!

They did a horrible job. They only hooked up to one vent. When they "cleaned" the dryer duct, they left so much lint that it blocked the ducting and the dryer stopped working. My husband had to get out a long vacuum hose and clear the debris himself. It was a huge (about 3 cubic feet) pile of lint they left behind. He called them and complained to their owner, who refunded our fee.

Company seems a little fishy. When you call to schedule the appointment, the lady that answers does not sound professional at all. The gentlemen that came out were super sweet, but they didn't really do any cleaning on my vents.
