This company is awesome. They were so honest with us and we felt so confident with continuing more services with them. I had a second opinion come in to bid and he said we got an awesome deal with upgrading our unit. You guys are great!

This was a bait and switch operation with a very pushy employee. I would not use again.

Carpets didn't look cleaned at all, they spent maybe 20-30 minutes cleaning. But most of the stains were still there, even light ones could still be seen. So much so that I questioned if they were even cleaned at all.

I had high hopes for this company. I won't use again! They called me back right away and got me scheduled. They were out of here in less than 20 mins- for 2 rooms. They gave me some bs excuse about not getting the stains out. After they left, I got my Kirby carpet cleaner out and re-cleaned the carpet and got the stains out without even trying. The worker didn't even put the blue shoe covers on until after he cleaned my carpet! Disgusted all the way around. I could have rented the same machine that they brought into my house or used my Kirby and had better results. I've used many professional carpet cleaners before and this was NOT professional. Beware- you get what you pay for!
